Overview

All of the action within groups takes place in sections. With different sections for different topics, purposes; section stay more organized - allowing people to tune into the conversations they care about, and ignore the rest.

Section Types

In a group, you can mix and match 2 different kinds of section to create the perfect setup for your group in community:

• Chat Based Section: chat in real time with text, pics, videos, GIFs, mentions, replies, reactions, polls, pins, and more
• Post based Section: forum-style posts with all the fun stuff from chat rooms (pics, videos, GIFs, mentions, etc), plus sorting by most recent, most upvotes, or most commented on

Adding a Section

Anyone who has permission to 'manage section' can create a new section in a group. Here's how to add a new section to a group...

1. Go to prefered group or click on “:” next to group name in side bar
2. Tap the Create a section button
